IdelerTime: iOS and Android App

IdelerTime has a dedicated app available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Based on the user's granted permissions, the app can be used to clock in and out, view time entry history, add time entries, or submit vacation and other requests.

IdelerTime: Website

Depending on user permissions, IdelerTime web access lets employees clock in and out, view time entry history, add time entries, or submit vacation and other requests from any web-enabled device.


IdelerTime: Voice Call

Employees can clock in and out using their telephone number with an IdelerTime service number. No smartphone, app, or web access needed — just a unique mobile or landline number. Voice announcements are provided in the system's stored national language.

Additional charges may apply for messenger services and voice calls.

Please be aware of additional costs for our messenger services at €2.50 plus VAT per user, per month. Voice calls are charged at €5.00 plus VAT per user, per month.

With a €9.95 net monthly subscription, you can activate messenger services like WhatsApp for a single user. In this case, you only pay an additional €2.50 on top of your standard subscription fee.


IdelerTime: Telegram

With IdelerTime, employees can log their time entries and submit leave requests directly through a Telegram chat, no extra program installation needed. They can also allocate time to specific projects and tasks. GPS location tracking is available for check-ins and check-outs.
