IdelerTime: iOS and Android App

There is a separate app for IdelerTime in the Apple App Store and the Google PlayStore. Depending on the authorization granted to the user, this app can be used to check in and out of IdelerTime, view the history of time entries, add times or submit vacation and other requests.

Features

• Offline-First:
  Capture of time-stamp entries independent of the internet connection. The synchronization of the data takes place automatically later, when a connection is available again.
• Customizable:
  Customize the interface of the IdelerTime app to your company. Choose a personalized logo, as well as a personalized background for the app.
• Clock in, clock out, view status:
  Your employees independently record their start and end of work. Furthermore, they have the possibility to individually query the current status of their weekly and monthly working hours.

IdelerTime: Website

Depending on the user's authorization, IdelerTime web access can be used to check in and out of IdelerTime, view the history of time entries, add times or submit vacation and other requests using any web-enabled device.

IdelerTime: Voice Call

The employee can check in and out using their telephone number on an IdelerTime service number. They don't need a smartphone, app or web access, just a telephone with a unique mobile or landline number. The voice announcement is made in the national language stored in the system.

Please note that there are additional costs for using our messenger services. These are € 2.50 plus VAT per user and month. For voice calls, there is a charge of €5.00 plus VAT per user per month.

If you have a subscription for €9.95 net per month, you can also activate the messenger services, such as WhatsApp, for one user only. In this case, you only pay €2.50 in addition to your normal subscription price of €9.95 per month.

IdelerTime: Telegram

Using IdelerTime, your employees can make their time entries and leave requests directly in a Telegram chat without having to install an additional program. Projects and tasks can also be selected for time allocation. The user's GPS location can also be transmitted when checking in and out.
